Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, promoting properties, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various lead-generation methods.
- Conduct market research to expand the client base.
- Present real estate offerings and accompany clients on property tours.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
