Job Summary
The PTL will manage the P4P National Secretariat, oversee nine state operations, and liaise with PIND, donors, CSOs, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute peacebuilding strategies and secure funding.
- Strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and governance bodies.
- Oversee financial, material, and human resources and ensure compliance.
- Lead and develop staff, supervise training initiatives.
- Monitor security risks and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field.
- Chartered Mediator Certification (ICMC or equivalent).
- 10+ years experience in governance, peacebuilding, and programme management.
- Experience managing ₦50M+ grants, stakeholder engagement, and donor relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, data analysis, and report writing.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas and work under pressure.
