About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage and develop outdoor channel customers, including agents and distributors. The successful candidate will ensure seamless sales execution, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and build strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales growth and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Ensure Fan Milk products are available in all assigned outlets.
  • Maintain and update the Vendor Sales Tracker to monitor sales performance.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Manage Hot Spot areas by driving strategic sales routines.
  • Improve Sales per Vendor Day to optimize performance.
  • Oversee vendor activities, including asset utilization and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and complete repair of faulty assets.
  • Implement and oversee promotional activities across all outlets.
  • Provide customers with strategic insights to enhance their business performance.
  • Ensure customers properly utilize spare parts provided for asset maintenance.
  • Manage credit limits and debt collection to maintain financial stability.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage vendors and optimize sales processes.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
