LifeBank is actively addressing the blood shortage issue in Nigeria by connecting hospitals with blood banks and linking blood banks to donors. We organize blood drives and deliver blood to hospitals in less than 55 minutes, maintaining a WHO- and EU-recommended cold-chain.

We are hiring to fill the role below:

Job Title: Customer Acquisition Agent
Locations: Enugu & Port Harcourt, Rivers


Job Overview

This role focuses on identifying new sales prospects and driving digital sales of LifeBank’s core products through the Nerve App.

Reporting Structure:
The position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients to assess their needs and interest in LifeBank’s products and services.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Vice President of Sales to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners through attentive and courteous interactions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Sales or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Officer.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic and outgoing personality.
  • A relentless, hardworking, and results-driven attitude.
