Description

Simba Group is recruiting Regional Marketing Executives to carry out approved marketing activities in their assigned territory, generate qualified leads, support dealers, and keep the brand visible. The role links the central Marketing team, regional Sales teams, dealers, and customers. It covers all MTD portfolios in the territory, including TVS, mobility, lubricants and tyres, Titan Spare Parts, and Renova.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn approved regional marketing plans into weekly activity schedules
• Run dealer activations, product demonstrations, roadshows, events, and local partnerships
• Generate, qualify, and record customer and trade enquiries, and hand leads to Sales
• Work with regional Sales teams and dealers on lead handovers and follow-up
• Provide point-of-sale materials and promotional support to priority dealers
• Audit dealer outlets and showrooms for brand consistency
• Gather competitor information, customer feedback, and market insights
• Track marketing spend and promotional assets
• Submit weekly activity updates and monthly performance reports

Key Performance Indicators

Targets are agreed with the Regional Marketing Lead and Sales team within the first 30 days:

• Qualified demand generated (unique leads accepted by Sales)
• Regional marketing activity delivery (planned activities completed on time)
• Priority dealer support coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Typically 3–5 years’ experience in field, trade, channel, or brand marketing with hands-on execution
• Experience supporting dealers, distributors, or channel-led marketing programmes
• Experience in automotive, mobility, aftermarket, or FMCG is an added advantage
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM systems for lead records, expenditure tracking, and reports
• Ability to work from the assigned territory and travel frequently within the region
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
