Description

Resource Capital Consulting Limited (RCCL) is looking for a Factory Manager – Head of Operations to lead overall factory operations, with responsibility for production, quality, costs, people, asset reliability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Coordination: Coordinate production, raw-material supply, maintenance and dispatch
• Quality and Safety Systems: Establish Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food-safety and quality systems
• Cost Management: Manage operating budgets and production costs
• Continuous Improvement: Drive measurable improvements in factory performance
• People Leadership: Develop and lead the factory team
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage regulatory, supplier and community relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years’ manufacturing experience, including 5 years in senior plant or factory leadership
• Demonstrated GMP experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven experience in commissioning, plant turnaround or measurable operational improvement
• Strong budgeting, people-management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to reside at or near the factory
• Cassava, starch, flour or grain-processing experience is an advantage
