Description

Bill Energy Services Limited is looking for an IT Support Officer to support end users, assist with systems and network operations, and handle graphic design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users and resolve basic IT issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Support network and system operations
• Create and design graphics, and support basic web design as needed
• Maintain IT documentation and user accounts
• Work with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of IT support experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic networking
• Strong graphic design skills (required)
• Web design experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required
