Job Title: Administrator / Business Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Monitor office inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, contracts, and client correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems aligned with data protection regulations.
- Serve as a liaison for client inquiries, providing updates and fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate client meetings, managing diaries and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll-related documentation.
- Support team communication, staff meetings, and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and senior management.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, projects, and cross-departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields.
- Proven track record in an administrative or support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
