Job Title: Logistics Officer

Reports To: State Program Manager/HR & Operations Director
Job Summary:
Helen Keller International (HKI) is hiring a Logistics Officer for its Akwa Ibom office to manage the logistical aspects of its projects, ensuring the smooth distribution of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and office space setup.
- Manage state office assets, maintain inventories, and support the technical team in executing programs.
- Oversee the maintenance of vehicles, office supplies, and procurement of consumables.
- Track and manage equipment location and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Management or Accounting; postgraduate degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with USAID/DFID or donor-funded projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
