Description

FMR Agency is seeking a proactive, highly organized Warehouse Manager Job to oversee warehouse operations for its client. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, robust stock protection, strict safety practices, and strong team performance across all shifts today.

This hands-on leadership position involves building efficient warehouse systems and ensuring products are stored, handled, and dispatched to operational standards, with ongoing emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely communication across departments to support client needs and performance goals every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while keeping inventory accurate
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes that improve efficiency and productivity
• Supervise picking, packing, staging, and dispatch so customer orders are processed accurately and on time
• Ensure proper storage and handling to minimize stock loss, damage, and deterioration
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits, and keep accurate records
• Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
• Manage warehouse staff by setting expectations, coaching, and driving accountability
• Use ERP systems and warehouse management tools to monitor inventory movement and performance
• Prepare monthly warehouse performance reports, inventory reports, and operational updates for management
• Identify and implement process improvements in efficiency, stock control, and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management, with proven leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfillment
• Experience using ERP systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and drive performance
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and inventory control best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other warehouse reporting tools
• High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
