The Production Operator / Technician / Engineer Job involves operating cryogenic Air Separation Units.

• Plant Operation: Safely and efficiently operate, monitor, and optimize cryogenic Air Separation Units (ASU), and handle the Air Separation Plant (ASP), associated plants, and storage system operations.
• Process Tasks: Handle operation and process tasks of the Air Separation Plant and storage.
• Parameter Recording: Record day-to-day operating parameters of equipment and of gas storage and handling equipment.
• Maintenance Support: Handle preventive maintenance with Mechanical Technicians according to servicing plans, and check jobs during planned down days and corrective maintenance, under safety norms.
• SAP Records: Accurately record maintenance data in SAP, including work performed, failure symptoms, parts replaced, and observations, so that information is factual, complete, and timely to support equipment history, analysis, and maintenance plan improvement.
• Equipment Checks: Check technical and safety parameters of the gases and handling equipment, including compressors, storage tanks, hot water boilers, pumps, evaporators, and pressure-reducing stations.
• Shutdown and Startup: Handle safe shutdown and startup of the oxygen plant.
• Safety Compliance: Check compliance with safety directives issued by Management.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as required.
