Christian Eriksen, a Danish midfielder, is anticipated to leave Manchester United at the end of the current season.
There are no talks about a new contract for the midfield maestro’s talents, according to a post on Fabrizio Romano’s X handle on Monday.
“No negotiations taking place over a new deal, while Rúben Amorim’s opinion will also be considered, but Eriksen’s expected to leave,” the post stated.
In 2022, as a free agent, the 32-year-old signed a three-year contract with Manchester United.
During the current Nations League games, Eriksen was a member of Denmark’s team that fell 2-1 at home on Friday to Spain, the present European champions.
