Ensure installations comply with company standards, local electrical codes, and applicable safety regulations before successful project handover.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers experiencing product or system issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults remotely through phone and online support tools or through on-site visits when required.

Customer Training & Enablement

Conduct comprehensive operation and maintenance training for customers and their operators.

Develop and adapt simple, clear training materials, manuals, and guides that enable customers to properly operate and maintain their energy systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as the link between field operations and the company’s headquarters.

Provide timely feedback to R&D and Sales teams regarding product performance, recurring technical issues, and local market requirements.

This feedback will help improve products and services.

Logistics & Spare Parts Coordination

Coordinate with logistics teams and local partners to ensure the availability of spare parts and smooth execution of technical service activities.
