About the Role

This Sales Rep (Graduate Trainee) position in Lagos is full-time. It targets an energetic, results-driven professional. You will promote and sell the company’s products. You will establish and maintain productive customer relationships. You will contribute to sustained business growth.

Location: Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Note: Graduate Trainee role with accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

Applicants for this Sales Rep Graduate Trainee role in Lagos will be expected to:

Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and prospective customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Prepare and submit sales reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Represent the company professionally during customer engagements

Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of sales experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work weekends, including Saturday half-day from 8am to 2pm
