• 4 to 6 years of Product Design experience, with strong consumer-facing, fintech, banking, or digital product experience.
• A proven track record of owning design end-to-end across complex digital products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside Product and Engineering.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and outcomes, not just visual designs.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, prototyping, and clean file management.
• A strong grasp of mobile-first design principles across Android, iOS, and responsive platforms.
• A solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with design systems, design tokens, developer handoff, and design QA.
• A strong understanding of technical constraints and the ability to create practical, buildable solutions.
