This Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing job at Paga calls for a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketer.

Additionally, you will grow Paga’s consumer base through robust digital marketing initiatives, working across both B2B and B2C product lines.

You’ll manage digital campaigns end-to-end — from budgeting and media buying to vendor management and performance reporting — while collaborating closely with the Product Management team and aligning with stakeholders across design, growth, commercial, and legal.

Primary Responsibilities

• Grow Paga’s customer base through effective app marketing strategies
• Improve customer activity and retention via strategic, data-driven campaigns
• Analyze digital and consumer data to inform product optimization across app and web
• Collaborate with the product team on performance-driven campaigns
• Prepare accurate, insightful reports on all digital campaigns
• Set up A/B testing and optimize performance based on results
• Run and monitor email campaigns, newsletters, and paid media initiatives
• Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company priorities and quarterly updates
• Own email nurture programs from strategy through execution
• Partner with third-party ad suppliers to strengthen digital campaigns
• Drive website traffic and optimize for lead generation and conversions
• Design and implement performance-driven campaigns across social, search, and email
• Develop and execute SEO and PPC strategies
• Measure and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
• Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2:1 in a relevant field; digital marketing certifications are an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or product/growth marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, high-performance environment
• Basic understanding of financial services, particularly money transfer and mobile commerce
• Strong creative thinking and an innovative approach to problem-solving
• Comfort with technology and digital tools
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience building or leading an integrated digital marketing team
• Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, payments, banking, and/or fintech consumer markets
• Completion of the mandatory NYSC
