Job Summary

Oilserv Limited is hiring a Finance Supervisor. The job is based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This is a full-time role.

The Finance Supervisor will handle accounts receivable. The Finance Supervisor will also handle accounts payable. This includes invoice processing. It includes payroll computation. It includes financial remittances and reporting. The Finance & Accounts team may assign other related duties too.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Supervisor, you will:

• Process accounts payable and receivable. This includes client and vendor invoices.
• Use accounting software to complete daily accounting tasks.
• Answer account questions from staff and outside parties.
• Confirm the company’s financial obligations. Prepare them for payment.
• Review invoices coming in and going out.
• Prepare payroll on time. Handle other financial commitments too.
• Prepare bank and cash account reconciliations.
• Provide salary payment advice.
• File monthly VAT accounts.
• Prepare and pay statutory obligations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

You need the following to apply:

• A B.A. or B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting.
• An M.Sc. is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• ACCA, ICAN, or another relevant accounting certificate.
