• Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting an Outlet Manager – Furniture (also known as Outlet Concept Manager, OCM) to lead the day-to-day performance of a Furniture Showroom at an assigned SPAR location in Port Harcourt. The role combines sales leadership, showroom management, and customer engagement, ensuring the space reflects SPAR’s premium positioning while consistently hitting sales targets.

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities
• Drive Sales: Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Customer Engagement: Attend to customers, present products, and prepare quotations.
• Business Development: Generate leads and support business growth.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and brand standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure showroom operations comply with company procedures.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback

Requirement

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably in furniture or home décor (a must)
• Strong sales, customer relationship, and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of showroom operations and visual merchandising
