Job Opening: Field Sales Representative

Job Title: Field Sales Representative Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Berrymart is hiring for the role below.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. Maintain these relationships over time.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities. Develop these opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure products are available and visible in customer outlets. Support proper merchandising.
• Monitor competitors’ activities. Share timely market insights.
• Prepare sales reports. Submit these reports accurately.
• Work closely with internal teams. Ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• A BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development. This experience should be in the FMCG industry.
• Strong relationship management skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A target-driven mindset. A proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Good understanding of key account management and retail sales.
