Job Description

The Media Head will lead the company’s media and marketing strategy. This person will make sure campaigns drive leads, sales, and brand growth.

The Media Head will also support content creation. This person will manage daily media operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Run and optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Oversee content creation. This includes videos, graphics, and social media posts.
• Manage media budgets. Track return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze performance. Report results every month.
• Lead and supervise the media team.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams.
• Create and edit videos. These include property videos, promos, and testimonials.
• Design graphics and marketing materials.
• Manage social media pages. Drive engagement on these pages.
• Assist with ad campaigns and content scheduling.
• Support reporting and media operations.

Performance Focus (KPIs)

• Lead generation, both volume and quality.
• Cost per lead.
• Social media growth and engagement.
• Advertising ROI.
• Website traffic and visibility.
• Contribution to sales.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or media.
• Strong experience with paid ads and lead generation.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
• Good leadership and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Video editing skills. Tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro are useful.
• Graphic design skills. Tools like Canva and Photoshop are useful.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
