Job Summary

BlueOcean Tech Services is hiring a Technical Growth Product Manager to lead product execution, growth experiments, client coordination, and delivery management.

The role supports embedded teams working with American AI and technology startups.

You will combine product management, technical understanding, and growth thinking to deliver fast execution and measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with founders, engineers, designers, QA, DevOps, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Execution

• Own product planning, sprint priorities, and backlog management
• Translate client goals into user stories and clear requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and execution plans
• Ensure delivery meets scope, quality, and timelines
• Manage ambiguity and unblock teams

Agile & Team Coordination

• Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate engineers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Communicate risks, blockers, and tradeoffs early

Growth & Product Strategy

• Identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Improve user activation and conversion rates
• Define KPIs and track product performance
• Support roadmap planning and product discovery
• Coordinate product launches and experiments

Documentation & Reporting

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs
• Prepare release notes and status reports
• Maintain clear product documentation
• Report outcomes and performance metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, technical project management, or startup operations
• Strong understanding of software product development
• Experience working with engineering and design teams
• Ability to write product requirements and documentation
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, or Figma
• Familiarity with analytics tools and product workflows
• Experience with SaaS, AI products, or growth experimentation is an advantage
