We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Prepare business development reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
