Role Summary

• Responsible for managing inventory, invoicing, and administrative operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

Core Mandate

• Ensure strong operational control across inventory, billing, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
• Prepare and issue invoices and quotations
• Track inventory movement and reconcile stock
• Support procurement tracking and logistics coordination
• Maintain structured administrative systems and documentation

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field with 2–5 years relevant experience
